Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you use https://www.supermonolith.com and the supermonolith service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use supermonolith for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

The service

supermonolith connects to the tools you choose, extracts candidate company knowledge, lets people on your team review it, and serves approved knowledge to AI agents and API clients you set up. We may improve, change or pause parts of the service as it develops.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your password and API keys private.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
  • Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

Your data and connected sources

You keep ownership of the content you connect and of the rules you approve. You give us permission to process that content only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only connect sources you are authorized to share, and respect the terms of those services.

Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law or use the service to harm others.
  • Do not try to access other customers' data or to disrupt or overload the service.
  • Do not reverse engineer the service or resell it without our written permission.

AI output needs human review

Extracted rules and AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. That is why nothing reaches your agents until a person approves it. You are responsible for what you approve and for how you use agent output.

Plans and payment

We offer a free trial and paid plans, with current prices on our pricing page. Billing terms, including renewal and cancellation, are shown at the point of purchase. Prices can change with notice before your next billing period.

Ending your use

You can stop using supermonolith and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is misused. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers and liability limits, continue after that.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
